Barista Course at Bali Beans Coffee (3 days)

For coffee lovers, aspiring baristas and curious minds, at every level. A hands-on barista training through the whole coffee cycle, from growing to serving, at Bali Beans' plantation or its new Bali Beans Umalas.

• Farm to cup: how coffee is grown, harvested and processed with Bali Beans' sustainable, organic methods
• Roasting: roast levels and how they change flavour, watching the Giesen roaster
• Cupping: flavour notes, aroma, acidity and body, and blending basics
• Brewing and serving: espresso and manual brewing, grind size, ratios and consistency

3 days, 4 hours a day; the date you book is the first day. Start any hour from 9 AM to 1 PM. Includes all materials, expert guidance, a certificate and 3 meals. IDR 3,500,000 per person.
