Event Information
What if play is the doorway to your next shift — the spark you had as a barefoot, wonder-filled seven-year-old?
There’s a version of you that didn’t overthink. That moved first. Imagined freely. Said yes.
Every Monday morning, we create space to meet that part of you again.
We move. We play. We build simple stories together. Not to perform. Not to be funny. But to practice being present — listening deeply, responding honestly, and trusting what comes.
How it benefits you :
✨ Confidence that feels natural, not forced.
✨ A quieter mind.
✨ More ease in your body.
In daily life, that means :
🌱 You listen instead of preparing your reply.
🌱 You handle surprises without freezing.
🌱 You speak with more clarity and less self-doubt.
Come play. And somewhere along the way, you may rediscover the beautiful wonder that’s already you.
