📖As an aging billionaire searches for a way to leave behind a cultural legacy before he dies, instead of building a bridge or hospital, he decides to finance a prestigious “serious” film. He hires the eccentric auteur filmmaker Lola Cuevas (Cruz), who casts two completely opposite actors: Félix (Banderas), a charming international movie star obsessed with fame and image, and Iván (Martínez), a respected theater actor devoted to artistic purity and intellectual seriousness.

As rehearsals begin, Félix and Iván immediately clash and can never seem to get along. To shape her idea of “true art,” Lola pushes them through bizarre and unsettling exercises that slowly expose their insecurities, vanity, competitiveness, and fragile egos, eventually pushing everyone to the edge!
