This Friday, we’ll take a journey to an beautiful apartment in San Francisco. Here we meet Joe and Angela, a married couple who have grown comfortable together, but somewhere along the way, lost the passion and connection they once had. After Joe comes home from work, he discovers that Angela has invited their upstairs neighbors over for dinner. Unhappy about their constant noise, Joe wants to confront them, while Angela sees the dinner as a chance to make new friends and asks him not to bring it up. But before they can settle their differences, the doorbell rings… and the neighbors arrive!

From this point on, the story takes us on a nonstop emotional rollercoaster, from a tense and awkward dinner to something much wilder and more unpredictable. Oh man, I can’t tell you any more without spoiling it!

❤️ WHAT I LOVE about this film is that it’s just SO MUCH FUN to watch! It’s hilarious, unpredictable, and even within the limitations of the confined apartment space, the story keeps opening different doors and escalating in the most unexpected ways!
And what an amazing ensemble cast! Penélope Cruz, Edward Norton, Seth Rogen, and Olivia Wilde are just FANTASTIC, bringing four wildly different characters to life with amazing chemistry and brilliantly contrasting performances.
It’s a brilliantly entertaining, yet surprisingly thought-provoking film that could fuel our post-film discussion until midnight!
