MY F*CK-UPS brings entrepreneurs into the hot seat to share the stories that usually stay behind closed doors.
No polished success speeches. No pretending everything went according to plan. Just honest conversations about what went wrong, what it cost and what they would do differently today.
For Episode 2, we’re bringing together entrepreneurs with very different journeys across investment, sustainability, technology, e-commerce and real estate.

Daniel built and sold a multiple seven-figure e-commerce business that he started from scratch.
Along the way, he learned that a business can look successful on paper without being profitable, organised or ready to sell. He founded Ecomm Mastery to help other founders understand the profit and exit lessons he had to learn himself.
Daniel will share what he got wrong, what surprised him and what founders should understand before trying to scale or sell their business.
Neill Kramer
Founder, Together With Kai
Neill is a US expat, lifelong entrepreneur and co-founder of Together With Kai. Having started his entrepreneurial journey at just 12 years old, he brings decades of experience across technology, e-commerce, real estate and early-stage ventures.
Neill will share lessons from building, exiting, investing, pivoting and starting again—and what years of entrepreneurship have taught him about people, timing and making decisions when there is no clear answer.
What to Expect
Each featured guest will take the hot seat and share a personal business f*ck-up, followed by questions exploring:
What they believed at the time
