Where can I do Ecstatic Dance in Ubud?
At Soul Saturday at The Bali Eden, every Saturday. The Ecstatic Dance session is listed from 11:45 AM to 1 PM. The Early Bird ticket is IDR 150,000 (IDR 200,000 after) and includes the Recovery Area: sauna, pool, cold plunge and steam room.
Is there a day pass with sauna and cold plunge in Ubud?
Yes. The Wellbeing Day Pass at The Bali Eden gives you the gym, sauna, pool, cold plunge and steam room for the day, Monday to Friday. Early Bird passes are IDR 100,000; when the day’s Early Birds are gone, the pass is IDR 350,000. It is for new guests, once, and valid until 31 December 2026.
Can I get a gym day pass in Ubud?
Yes, the Wellbeing Day Pass at The Bali Eden includes the gym, as well as the sauna, pool, cold plunge and steam room. It is valid Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM, from IDR 100,000.
What can I do in Ubud on a Saturday?
Soul Saturday at The Bali Eden runs from 8:45 AM to 6:30 PM: movement, breath, sound and Ecstatic Dance. Book the Ecstatic Dance session from IDR 150,000, or the full day (every session and IDR 250,000 food and drink credit) from IDR 700,000.
What can I do in Ubud on a Sunday?
Social Sunday at The Bali Eden, 3 PM to 7:30 PM: the gym and Recovery Area (sauna, pool, cold plunge, steam room) with music and people to meet. Early Bird tickets are IDR 315,000, then IDR 350,000.
