Listing and selling tickets in Bali: questions hosts ask

How much does it cost to list an event in Bali on Balievents?

Nothing. On the Free plan you list events and sell tickets with no commission. Event Boost costs nothing upfront either: Balievents earns 5% of each ticket sold, only when it sells.

Who pays the booking fee?

The guest. A 3% service fee is added to the ticket price at checkout, so your ticket price stays the price you set.

How do my guests pay?

By credit or debit card or QRIS, on balievents.co. Every booking, free or paid, gets a QR ticket by email that you scan at the door with the host dashboard.

Can I run a free guest list instead of selling tickets?

Yes. Set the event to free and guests reserve a spot; you see every name in your dashboard.

When and how do I get paid?

By bank transfer every Friday, for tickets sold up to the day before, to the account you add under Payments in your host dashboard. Your balance and every payout are shown there too.

What does Event Boost include?

Everything in Free, plus 7 days of visibility on the homepage, SEO + GEO optimization for Google and AI search, and 7 days in the homepage banner. Nothing upfront: Balievents earns 5% of each ticket sold. Social media and email marketing are part of Enterprise.

What is in the host dashboard?

Sales and guest lists per date, payments, promo codes, ticket scanning at the door, team access, peak booking times, and an API for your own systems.
