Refund Policy

Tickets bought on Balievents are sold by PT. KOZA LAB, CLN Building, Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia. We are the seller, so refunds come from us, not from the event organizer.

1. Cancelling your ticket

• Cancel at least 24 hours before the event starts and you get the full ticket price back. The service fee is not refunded.
• Within 24 hours of the start, or after the event, tickets cannot be refunded.

2. If the event is cancelled

If an event is cancelled, everyone who bought a ticket gets the full ticket price back. The service fee is not refunded. You do not need to ask; we will contact you by email.

3. How to ask for a refund

Email info@balievents.co or WhatsApp +6287761624279 with the email you booked with and the event name. The refund goes back to the payment method you used. How long it takes to reach you depends on your bank or payment provider.

4. Free events

Free RSVPs involve no payment, so there is nothing to refund. Please cancel your spot if you cannot come.
