BALIEVENTS

Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Balievents (balievents.co) is operated by PT. KOZA LAB, Canggu, Bali, Indonesia. By using the site or buying a ticket you agree to these terms.

2. Who sells the ticket

When you pay for a ticket on Balievents, PT. KOZA LAB is the seller. Payment is processed by Xendit, and the total you are charged, including the service fee, is shown before you pay. The event itself is run by its organizer or venue, who is named on the event page.

3. Cancellations and refunds

We are the seller, so refunds come from us, not from the event organizer.

  • Cancel at least 24 hours before the event starts and you get the full ticket price back.
  • Within 24 hours of the start, or after the event, tickets cannot be refunded.
  • If an event is cancelled, everyone who bought a ticket gets the full ticket price back. You do not need to ask; we will contact you by email.
  • The service fee is not refunded.
  • To ask for a refund, email info@balievents.co or WhatsApp +6287761624279 with the email you booked with and the event name. The refund goes back to the payment method you used.
  • Free RSVPs involve no payment, so there is nothing to refund. If you cannot come, cancel your spot from the link in your confirmation email or from My Tickets.

4. Events and organizers

Organizers are responsible for their events: the programme, the venue, and entry conditions such as age limits or dress codes. Event details can change; we show the latest information the organizer gives us. Some events listed here sell tickets on the organizer's own site, and those purchases are governed by that seller's terms.

5. Your account

Keep your login details to yourself and give accurate information when you book. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, spam or abuse. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Hosts and paid promotion

Hosts who list events must have the right to do so and must describe them accurately. Promotion plans are described on the Partnership page.
