Book this week
Quick answer: Buy tickets for events in Bali on the event's page on BaliEvents, which lists what is on across the island. Most paid events take payment right on that page: choose the date and the ticket, leave a name and an email (no account needed) and pay by card or QRIS. A 3% service fee is added, the total is shown before you pay, and your QR ticket arrives by email. A few large venues — the Savaya group, Desa Kitsuné and Zumana — sell their paid tickets on their own ticket sites, and Book on BaliEvents takes you there. Free events and guest lists are booked on BaliEvents with nothing to pay.
Fast facts — from BaliEvents' checkout and refund policy:
How do I buy a ticket for a Bali event?
- Find the event. Start from today, this weekend or all events.
- Choose the date. A weekly night asks which date you want.
- Choose the ticket. Some events sell more than one, such as entry alone or entry with a drink, each with its own price. An early-bird ticket stops selling on its sales-end date.
- Leave a name and an email. No account is needed.
- Pay by card or QRIS. The total, with the service fee, is shown before you pay. The QR ticket is emailed to you.
What does it cost on top of the ticket price?
A service fee of 3% of the ticket price, paid by the buyer. On a ticket of IDR 200,000 you pay IDR 206,000. Where a host offers an online discount, the event page already shows the discounted price.
Which Bali events do not sell tickets on BaliEvents?
Savaya in Uluwatu and the rest of the Savaya group, Desa Kitsuné in Canggu and Zumana in Kuta, sell their paid tickets on their own ticket site, whose prices and terms apply. Their free guest lists are booked on BaliEvents like any other. See the Savaya guide.
Free events and guest lists are booked on BaliEvents with nothing to pay, and they come with a QR ticket too. See how guest lists work.
Can I pay at the door instead?
For a paid event on BaliEvents, payment is taken online when you book; the booking does not hold a place for you to pay later. Whether a venue also sells at the door, and at what price, is up to the venue, so ask them before relying on it.
What happens at the door?
Show the QR code on your phone. The host scans it from their dashboard. Each guest on a booking has their own code, and each code lets one person in once. A ticket for another date is refused as the wrong day. Bring ID: the ticket terms ask for valid ID to verify your age at entry.
How do refunds work?
- You cancel 24 hours or more before the start: the full ticket price comes back. The service fee does not.
- Less than 24 hours before, or after the event: no refund.
- The event is cancelled: everyone gets the full ticket price back without asking.
To ask for a refund, email info@balievents.co or message WhatsApp +62 877-6162-4279 with the email you booked with and the event name. For a free booking, open your ticket and choose "Cancel my spot". The refund policy has the full terms.
How do I avoid fake tickets in Bali?
Buy from a page that names the venue, the date and the seller, and pay through a checkout rather than a bank transfer to a personal account. Be careful with tickets resold in chat groups: a QR code that has already been scanned will not get you in. For cash, QRIS and card at the venue itself, see how to pay for events in Bali.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account to buy a ticket?
No. A name and an email are enough. Signed-in guests also find their tickets under My Tickets.
Can I pay with a foreign card?
Yes. If your bank declines the payment, try another card. With an Indonesian bank or e-wallet app, QRIS also works.
Is the service fee refunded?
No. A refund covers the ticket price; the 3% service fee is kept.
Can I buy tickets for a group?
Yes. Choose the number of guests when you book. Each guest gets their own QR code, so the group does not have to arrive together.
What if the event is cancelled?
You get the full ticket price back automatically, and BaliEvents emails you.
Where do I find my ticket?
In the confirmation email, which links to your QR ticket. If you were signed in when you booked, it is also under My Tickets.
Who do I contact about a ticket problem?
BaliEvents, not the venue: tickets bought on balievents.co are sold by PT. KOZA LAB. Email info@balievents.co or use WhatsApp +62 877-6162-4279.
