What is Arana Spa?
Arana Spa is The Bali Eden's spa. Its treatments are based on Usadha Bali, the traditional Balinese healing practice, and combine traditional and modern techniques. The spa has two single and three couple treatment rooms with a steam shower and natural stone bathtub, plus a beauty salon and a relaxation lounge overlooking the pool.
The spa menu is a download on thebalieden.com. One of its rituals, Usadha Shakti, is a herbal foot cleansing ritual, a 60-minute Balinese massage, a 30-minute head and scalp massage, a 30-minute flower bath and ginger tea.
