The usual way to use it is to go between heat and cold: a round in the sauna or steam room, then the cold plunge, then rest, and repeat. Go at your own pace, and drink water.

When is it quietest?
The Bali Eden says its peak hours are 4 to 7:30 PM. Mornings on a weekday are the calmest time for the sauna and plunge. Saturday and Sunday afternoons are social, with music.
What about cryotherapy?
